Benoît Blottin is a lecturer at the University of Paris-Saclay (Faculté Jean Monnet - Sceaux) where he teaches several disciplines in European Law (EU and ECHR) and Economic Law. After having been a legal advisor in the competition department of the EDF Group, he defended a thesis entitled "Competition, regulation and energy" at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas in 2015. His research interests include Competition Law (antitrust, mergers, state aid), Regulatory Law, and European Policies (energy, environment). He is currently Co-Director of the Institute of Public Law Studies and Co-Director of the Master 1 International and European Law at the University of Paris-Saclay.
