Paku Khan

Arshad (Paku) Khan is Executive Director of Khaitan & Co’s Competition/Antitrust team. He is a highly experienced competition lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience with key advisory roles in all aspects of Indian, EU, Irish, and US competition/antitrust law, including merger control, cartel, and abuse of dominance cases. He is a certified mediator with considerable competition law litigation experience and is a qualified solicitor/lawyer in multiple jurisdictions in Europe and the United States. Paku has played lead roles in high-profile merger, cartels, dominance, and state aid cases before the European Commission, the Irish Competition Authority, the Competition Commission of India, and other regulatory bodies and has considerable experience in senior positions in private practice, in-house, and government roles focusing on competition/antitrust, regulatory law, M&A, securities exchange practice, and technology law.
