Ariel Braunstein joined the US Department of Energy in January 2022. She previousely worked at Morgan, Lewis, representing clients in regulatory and adjudicatory matters before the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), the US Department of Energy (DOE), and the US Department of Labor (DOL). She assisted companies in the commercial nuclear power industry and in the US Department of Energy nuclear energy complex in a variety of matters, including conducting confidential internal investigations involving employment matters, potential wrongdoing, allegations of retaliation, nuclear and industrial safety concerns, safety-conscious work environment issues, and compliance with governing standards.
