Antonis is a senior associate with Zepos & Yannopoulos, based in the firm’s Athens office. He advises on corporate and commercial law across several industries, with an emphasis on commercial transactions and a particular focus on agency and distribution agreements. He has gained extensive experience in the consumer protection, e-commerce and TMT fields through his involvement in a series of innovative cases advising on a wide range of regulatory, corporate, and commercial issues. Antonis, also, regularly advises clients active in the food & beverages sector. Antonis was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2011 and joined our firm in 2012. He is also admitted before the Court of Appeals of Athens.
