Annick Vroninks is a partner in the competition practice. Annick specialises in EU and competition law. Behavioural competition law work such as restrictive practices cases (cartels and abuses of dominance) as well as compliance work (including commercial policy/pricing reviews) represent a major part of her practice. In particular, Annick has built up expertise in advising industrial clients with (significant) market power. Annick regularly represents clients before both the Belgian and European competition authorities, as well as before courts in contentious competition law related cases. She is also strong in advising clients on EU and Belgian merger control and joint venture cases, and has been involved in a large number of cases (including second phase). She is a Belgian advocaat and a member of the Brussels Bar.
