Angélica Noboa Págan

Angélica Noboa is a founding partner of the law firm Noboa Pagán Abogados of the Dominican Republic and is Knowledge Manager at Baker McKenzie Mexico, where she currently resides. Admitted to practice in the Dominican Republic, she has extensive practice in competition, telecommunications and energy law, and is a specialist in business law. She is a professor of competition law at the OMG Institute. She graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in 1987. She is a candidate for a master’s degree in corporate law from the Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte.
