Alejandro Garcia de Brigard

Partner of the Antitrust and Competition Law Practice at Brigard Urrutia, Alejandro García de Brigard has experience in all areas of antitrust law, including merger control procedures before the Colombian competition authority, cartel activity and leniency applications, abuse of dominance, as well as unfair competition. He is a founding member and director of the Colombian Association of Antitrust Law Practitioners, and a recurring speaker in different antitrust law forums in Latin America. Mr García is also the head of Brigard Urrutia’s office in Cali, and a member of the firm’s M&A practice, advising local and foreign companies in M&A transactions.
