Alda Tsang advises clients on the full range of competition law matters, including mergers and acquisitions and advisory matters, and is experienced in multi-jurisdictional investigations, regulatory compliance, and commercial litigation. In addition to her experience in private practice, Alda has worked for the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific in its Trade and Investment Division in Bangkok prior to joining Freshfields. Alda studied law at the University of Pennsylvania and University of Hong Kong. She is dual-qualified in New York and Hong Kong.
