Abdul is a Partner in the Competition Law Practice Group at DSK Legal, New Delhi, with close to 20 years of experience in various fields of litigation, and over 15 in competition law. He has represented Biocon and Mylan in their abuse of dominance case against Roche; NYK Line in a global shipping line cartel; Bayer in its acquisition of Monsanto; JSW Steel in its acquisition of Bhushan Power, and he also regularly advises Dish TV, GMR, and ITC amongst others. He is ranked by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, Asia Law, and recognised by Who’s Who Legal.
