Mr. Rooney’s antitrust experience includes domestic and international investigations, merger filings, litigation, and business ventures. He recently received the 2016 William T. Lifland Award from the New York State Bar Association. The Lifland Award recognized Mr. Rooney as a distinguished antitrust practitioner, for his accomplishments in the field of antitrust, and his service to the antitrust community.
