Véronique Sélinsky

Honorary lawyer

Véronique Sélinsky is an honorary lawyer. Before, she was a general Rapporteur at the French Polynesia Competition Authority from 2020 to 2022. She specializes in economic law and European competition law. She has also gained expertise in the area of competitive challenges of standardisation and certification, as well as in competition issues concerning the agricultural sector. Véronique previously worked in her independent practice (Cabinet Sélinsky) and as a consultant at Jeantet & Associés for 30 years. Véronique was also Senior Lecturer at Montpellier I University until 2010 and taught competition law for the business law master’s degrees (DJCEs) of Montpellier, Lyon, Aix and Cergy Pontoise. She has sound experience in the sector of compliance and company training intended to raise stakeholders’ awareness of competition risks.
