Tomasz Feliszewski joined WKB in 2012. A member of the competition team, Tomasz Feliszewski provides regular assistance to clients in antitrust proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów), relating to notifications of concentration, abuse of dominant position and agreements in restraint of competition. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology at the University of Warsaw. He also studied at the Utrecht School of Law at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands, under the Socrates/Erasmus programme. He graduated from the Competition Law Postgraduate Studies at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He is currently a legal counsel at the Circuit Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw.
