Susanne Zuehlke is a partner in the Antitrust & Competition Practice of PwC Legal. She advises global companies on all aspects of EU and German competition law. Susanne has represented clients in private equity and a wide range of industries including advertising, aerospace, chemicals, furniture retailing, manufacturing, mining and steel. Susanne frequently assists clients in obtaining global, EU and German merger clearances; defends clients and individuals in cartel investigations; provides general antitrust compliance counseling; and advises on private antitrust damages claims in Germany. In addition, Susanne represents clients in the EU General Court and before the European Court of Justice. She also has significant experience in State aid and trade defense (anti-dumping/anti-subsidy) matters.
