Philippe Février is CEO and founder of Veltys and CEO and co-founder of LegendaryPlays. Previously, he worked as a director of the LEI-CREST (Laboratoire d’Economie Industrielle-Centre de Recherche en Economie et Statistique) and as a professor at the University "Ecole Polytechnique". He is a former student of the University "Ecole Polytechnique", of the Sorbonne University (DEA) and of the EHESS (Ph.D.). He worked at the University of Southern California, the CREST, the INSEE, the University of Chicago and the INSAE before he began to teach at the University "Ecole Polytechnique".
