Nick is a Partner at Fieldfisher (London). He is a leading expert in competition law and communications regulation with over 15 years’ experience advising clients on EU and UK merger control, abuse of dominance, joint ventures/co-operation agreements, distribution and licensing agreements, cartels, state aid and public procurement. Nick has extensive experience of communications regulation and he has been closely involved in many of the key developments in the communications sector over the past 15 years, including local loop unbundling, the spectrum auctions and mobile call termination charges. He is a member of the Law Society’s Competition Section and the Competition Law Association. He writes regularly for legal and industry journals and speak at conferences on competition, telecoms and procurement matters.
