Jean-Christophe Grall is Founding Partner and Manager at Grall & Associés. He works in both the field of consulting, assisting many companies in complex transactions involving competition rules, and those which are subject to French or European distribution law. He also works in the field of litigation, including before the competition authorities and arbitration tribunals. He is the author of several columns on competition law, distribution law and consumer law, and holds postgraduate diploma in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Paris I – Pantheon Sorbonne (1986).
