Gregory P. Luib is Attorney Advisor to Commissioner Maureen K. Ohlhausen at the Federal Trade Commission. Greg previously served as Assistant Director of the FTC’s Office of Policy Planning, where he focused on competition advocacy and policy development. He was a principal drafter of Enforcement Perspectives on the Noerr‐Pennington Doctrine, an FTC staff report issued in 2006. Greg also was a member of the Commission’s Internet Access Task Force, having served as a principal drafter of the 2007 FTC staff report, Broadband Connectivity Competition Policy. Greg was awarded the Paul Rand Dixon award in 2007 for outstanding contributions to the FTC’s competition advocacy program. Prior to joining the FTC, Greg was an associate in the competition and antitrust group at Jones Day in Washington, DC. Greg received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia.
