Greg McCurdy

Gregory von Stetten McCurdy is a seasoned tech lawyer and litigator managing the global antitrust team and merger control proceedings for Uber Technologies. In his first year at Uber he managed a team of lawyers working on transportation legislation in the US. Previously, he was Microsoft’s Senior Policy Counsel for US State Government Affairs where his principal client was the team that represents Microsoft in the 50 states before the Governors, Attorneys General, Legislatures, Mayors, etc. on all policy issues. Prior to this, Greg practiced international commercial litigation at Microsoft for eight years focusing on antitrust class actions and regulatory proceedings in the US, Europe and Korea. Greg is fluent in German, French and English having lived in Berlin, Germany and in Paris, France while managing Microsoft’s European litigation.
