Herbert Fung

Herbert Fung is Director (Business and Economics) at the Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS). Prior to joining CCS in 2008, he was Senior Economic Advisor (Competition Affairs BranchZ) at the Office of Telecommunications Authority in Hong Kong, and before that, Equities Research Analyst (Telecommunications) at Credit Suisse Asia Pacific. Herbert Fung is a former student of King’s College London (Post-grad Diploma in Competition Law, 2004–2005), of the University of Chicago (BA in Economics and Statistics, 1994–1997) and of Wah Yan College (Science, 1988–1994).
