After working as a professor at the University of Montpellier for 20 years, Daniel Mainguy joined the University Panthéon-Sorbonne in August 2021. He is a recognized specialist in contract law and distribution law. He also acts as a consultant and referee. He has written numerous books and articles on these topics (notably: Competition Law, Litec, 2010, Law of Obligations, Ellipses, 2009, Special Contracts, Dalloz, 2010, International Trade Law Treaty, Litec, 2011). He is a graduate of law schools and a lawyer at the Paris Bar. Daniel Mainguy speaks French and English.
