Christopher Wall is a senior manager in the Antitrust & Competition Discovery Services group, part of the Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services practice at Ernst & Young LLP. He is a competition lawyer by training and has substantive experience in antitrust litigation and in defense of mergers and acquisitions before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice in the US, and before competition authorities outside the US. Mr. Wall began his career practicing law in the Washington, DC, offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and McDermott, Will & Emery. At Ernst & Young LLP, Mr. Wall advises law firms and corporate legal departments on safeguarding the integrity and security of electronic data when under the specter of litigation. His focus areas include using electronic discovery technology with internal investigations and in civil litigation, criminal matters and Hart-Scott-Rodino Act civil investigative demands, and second requests in the US and in similar compliance efforts in jurisdictions around the world.
