Boubakar Dione

Boubakar Dione is Bpifrance’s group general counsel. He is a former student of "Université de Toulouse 1 Capitole" (1987) and "Université de Rennes I" (1989). He holds a master in business law and a DJCE - DESS in business law. Boubakar Dione started his career as associate lawyer at Price Waterhouse in 1990. From 1991 to 2000, he worked as general counsel at Sopromec (Banque Worms). In 2000, he was appointed legal counsel of CDC IXIS, where he became senior legal counsel in 2003. Since 2004, he worked at CDC Entreprises, first as deputy general counsel and then as general counsel, until he was appointed group general counsel at BPIFrance in 2013.
