Born on August 20, 1975 in Vsevolozhsk the Leningrad region. Alexey Dotsenko graduated from the Russian state hydrometeorological institute in 1998 (St. Petersburg) as meteorologist. From 1998 to 2001, he worked in a Fund of the economic and political researches "Epicentre St. Petersburg" held a line in desktop publishing systems. Since 2001 within two years the technical director of CJSC Petrograd. In 2003 I have continued cooperation with Fund of the economic and political researches "Epicentre St. Petersburg" as the director of ensuring operational activity. In 2004 leads Departnment of informatization, automation and public relations of Federal Antimonopoly Service. In three years has been appointed as a chief of Administrative Department. 2007 - degree of the Master of business administration in Information management (MBA CIO). In 2011 awarded with а Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland"(II degree). Since 2012 - Deputy head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia). Supervising Public Service Department, General Affairs Department and Fiscal Control Department of the FAS Russia.
