Yu Shuitian specializes in Antitrust/Competition area, and provides a wide range of services including concentration filing with MOFCOM, defense for the investigation against monopoly agreements (cartels) and abuse of dominance, private antitrust litigation, antitrust compliance and antitrust economic analysis. Before joining AnJie Law Firm, she worked as a Research Assistant in Tsinghua University and as a legal Assistantfor Garvey Schubert Barer. She obtain her LLM from the University College London and her LLB at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
