Yoji Maeda is Head of O’Melveny’s Tokyo office. His broad practice area covers business trial and litigation, labor and employment matters and M&A. Yoji litigates and arbitrates complex and/or international cases both in Japan and America. Yoji also has been involved in structuring litigation strategy for mass tort cases and other complex cases.
