


Yann Utzschneider
Yann Utzschneider is a partner in the Paris office of White & Case. He joined the firm in April 2016. He was previously a partner of Gide Loyrette Nouel’s European and Economic Law Department. He has extensive experience in advising French and foreign clients on anti-trust (cartels, dominant position) and merger control issues, on both a national and European level. Mr. Utzschneider is also a recognized specialist in the fields of international sales, distribution, consumer law, advertising and product liability. He is a member of the AFEC (Association Française d’Etude de la Concurrence; French competition law association) and of the APDC (Association des Praticiens du Droit de la Concurrence; Competition Law Practioners’ association).
