Yan-Eléonore Bai is of counsel at DS Avocats in Beijing. She also is Arbitrator at China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and the Shanghai International Arbitration Center. The only Chinese who obtained the doctorate scholarship of la Chancellerie des Universités de Paris. Doctor of Law in China and in France, lawyer at the Paris Bar and qualified to practice Chinese law since 1999, arbitrator CIETAC, professor in law in Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Yan-Eléonore joined DS Avocats in 2018 after many years of experience as a lawyer in China and in France.
