Yan Bai is, since 2004, a graduate with B.A. of British-American Language of Shaanxi Normal University of China, Yan BAI obtained her first Ph.D. in international law from China University of Political Science & Law (Beijing) in 2004, and her second Ph.D. in Chinese and European competition law from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II) in France in 2011. Prior to studying in Paris, she worked at a law firm as lawyer in China (Xi’an). Her practice focuses on all aspects Chinese, European competition law and American anti-trust law including merger control, anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominant position, as well as general commercial law in China. Yan is trilingual in Chinese, French and English. Author of many articles published in China and in France, she has published a monograph on the comparative study of EU competition law and American anti-trust law in China.
