Vlad Olteanu

European Security Transport Association (ESTA)

Vlad Olteanu has studied political sciences and law at the University of Bucharest, the Free University of Brussels and the University of Lille 2. He holds a bachelor in Political Sciences, a Master in European Studies and a Master in International Law. He is currently preparing a PhD thesis at the Free University of Brussels. His main research interests articulate around international trade law and politics (he has been a World-Bank selected expert in the field of international trade law and, on that basis, he has provided advice and training to the Kazakh government and its agencies to support Kazakhstan’s accession to the WTO), antitrust law, international private law and international relations (international law and public diplomacy).
