Victor has broad experience having worked on Asian and PRC-related transactions since 1991. His diverse inbound and outbound corporate/M&A practice includes advising clients with transactions involving complex regulatory components such as in financial services, life sciences, or sporting public company or intellectual property components. He is US qualified and works in our Shanghai and Beijing offices. Victor speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
