Valerio Mosca joined Legance Studio Legale Associato in March 2008. He is an of Counsel in the Rome office where he works in the EU, Antitrust and Regulation department. His practice covers a broad range of EC competition law and regulatory matters including merger clearance, issues and proceedings on agreements and abuse of dominant position, EC state aid rules infringements and unfair commercial practices. He graduated summa cum laude at the "Roma Tre" University of Rome in 2006. Before joining Legance, he worked as trainee at the Banking and Financial Directorate of the Italian Antitrust Authority and at Mediobanca. His native language is Italian, he is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of French.
