Trevor Nagel represents clients in North America, Europe and Asia, and has worked on some of the larger global network transactions and cloud computing initiatives at the enterprise-level. His reach spans all aspects of the business, from the legal aspects of structuring and implementing IT systems, to application development and management, as well as sourcing and complex procurement transactions. Trevor was awarded first place for this work by the Financial Times ("FT") in the US Legal Innovation Awards 2013, in the "Lawyers to the Innovators" category. He was also named by FT as one of the Top Ten Agents for Change. Trevor is a sought-after author and speaker. Before coming to the US, he was a professor at the University of Sydney Law School and the Elton Mayo School of Management at the University of South Australia. He is also a past Chair of the International Bar Association’s Technology Law Committee. Trevor is listed as a national leading outsourcing attorney in Chambers Global, Chambers USA, Who’s Who Legal and The Legal 500.
