Tom advises clients on a wide variety of competition law issues including multi-jurisdictional and EU/UK merger control, patent and know-how licensing, distribution networks, JVs and other forms of competitor collaboration, compliance programmes, and the defence of clients involved in cartel investigations, including to appeal stage before the European Courts in Luxembourg. Tom also advises on UK/EU trade controls (focusing on export controls and sanctions).
