Suzanne Jude is a competition prosecutor at the Belgium competition authority since 2019. She was an associate in the Brussels office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. She is a member of the Litigation Group where her practice focuses on antitrust and competition law. She focuses on European and French competition law including merger control, behavioral, and litigation. Ms. Jude received a Ph.D. in European Competition Law from the Law School of Lille in 2006. She received a Master’s degree in Public Law from the Law School of Lille in 2000 and a postgraduate degree (DEA) in European Law from the Law School of Lille in 2001. Ms. Jude is a native speaker of French and speaks fluent English.
