Susanna Rogers is an antitrust and competition lawyer based in London. Susanna advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, with a particular focus on competition and regulatory investigations and competition compliance. Susanna has advised clients in a range of sectors including rail, shipping, aviation, financial institutions and media and broadcasting. Susanna’s experience includes defending clients in investigations by authorities, preparing competition compliance advice for clients and assessing their potential exposure under EC and UK competition law. Her perspective is informed by having recently spent three years at the UK Office of Rail Regulation where she was responsible for conducting several competition and regulatory investigations.
