Stefan Mahoney

EFTA Surveillance Authority (Brussels)

Stefan Mahoney graduated in engineering from Southampton University. He then studied law in London and earned an LLM from King’s College London. He worked as a trainee for a major UK law firm in London before moving to White & Case in 2003. Between 2003 and 2011 worked for White & Case’s Brussels office where he advised on a broad range of EU law, international arbitration and litigation issues, with a focus on competition law and regulation. He then joined the European Commission in 2011 before the EFTA Surveillance Authority in 2013.
