Simon Daboussy has been a lawyer since 2007, and after having spent more than 9 years in the "Public Law" team of Baker & McKenzie Paris, he joined Adden Avocats Méditerranée in October 2015 as a lawyer of counsel. He was promoted to partner of Adden Méditerranée in September 2016 and is head of the Nice office. Simon Daboussy advises both public entities and private companies on public procurement law, in particular in the event of disputes relating to the performance of contractual commitments. He has also developed a particular expertise in urban planning and development law. In this field, he assists the various players in setting up their operations and in obtaining and securing their administrative authorisations. Simon Daboussy acts both as an advisor and in litigation. He also advises on general administrative law.
