Simen M. Klevstrand is a Senior Lawyer at Wikborg Rein’s Oslo office and is part of the firm’s Competition and Procurement practice. Klevstrand’s main field of work is competition law, including merger control, various forms of cooperation, cases regarding alleged infringements of antitrust rules and compliance. Beside assisting clients in cases handled by Norwegian competition authorities and in court, he has experience from advising clients in several EU Commission cases. He has published several articles within competition law. Klevstrand holds an LL.M. degree in European competition law from Durham University, UK.
