Shai Bakal is a partner and head of competition department at Tadmor & Co, specializing in all areas of antitrust law. Shai provides advice to major Israeli corporations as well as international firms on complex antitrust matters, including with regards to mergers & acquisitions, monopolies and restrictive covenants. Shai also represents clients before the antitrust. Since 2011 Shai is also a lecturer in Antitrust law at the university of Tel Aviv.
