Sébastien Soriano is the President of the French Electronic Communications and Postal Regulatory Authority (ARCEP). He previously worked at the same authority and was in charge of the mobile and broadband markets and the regional communities. Before his nomination as the President of the ARCEP, he was deputy general rapporteur at the French Competition Authority and managing director at the Ministry of Innovation and Digital Economy. He graduated from the École polytechnique and the Télécom ParisTech
