Sébastien Martin is a lecturer at the University of Bordeaux since september 2013, he was before a contractual lecturer at the University of Auvergne (Law School ; Centre Michel de l’Hospital) where he taught French and European Public Law. Before teaching, Sébastien Martin obtained a Master degree in European Law and a PhD degree in Public Law with a thesis on “The modern transformations of public transport services” at the University of Bordeaux IV. Sébastien Martin is specialized in Public Economic Law and focuses on Public Interventionism, Services of General Interest, the Regulation of public utilities and the State aid Law.
