Sean M. Tepe is a U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia. Prior, he was an associate lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (Washington, DC office). He practices in the area of civil and criminal antitrust litigation and investigation and counsels clients on antitrust issues generally and on issues at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property in particular. Mr. Tepe has represented clients in a variety of industries, including automotive, chemical, mining, pharmaceutical, securities, technology and transportation, in litigation or before government agencies.
