Sean Heather is vice president of the U.S. Chamber’s Center for Global Regulatory Cooperation (GRC) which seeks to align trade, regulatory and competition policy in support of open and competitive markets. In his capacity at the Chamber, he leads its efforts on international antirust policy with one of its top priorities being raising the standard of due process in antitrust investigation around the world. He has been with the Chamber since 1999.
