Sara Nordin joined White & Case in December 2008 and is a member of the Brussels EU practice. Sara has considerable experience of trade and customs matters and specializes in advising multinational clients on a wide range of cross-border transaction issues. She has provided advice in relation to antidumping and countervailing duty, classification and origin issues, valuation, marking, entry procedure, and import quotas. She has also advised on free trade agreements relating to the US and the EU. She has also represented clients before the CIT, ITC and other US government entities. Prior to joining the Brussels office, Sara worked for a New York law firm, specializing in international trade litigation and customs compliance matters. She has also worked with the Trade Directorate General of the European Commission.
