Sandra is an associate in the Competition and Life Sciences departments of DLA Piper in Bucharest. She has been advising clients in several national merger control cases with cross-border implications and has provided day-to-day competition advice to clients in the pharmaceutical, retail/FMCG, telecommunications and banking sectors. She has also conducted due diligence exercises with respect to commercial and competition aspects of various local and cross-border transactions.
