Wade Angus is a partner at Jones Day (New York and São Paulo offices). Prior to joining Jones Day, he represented Advent International in its acquisition of the Dominican airport operator, Aeropuertos Dominicanos, Siglo XXI, which International Financial Law Review listed as the 2008 Private Equity Deal of the Year for the Americas. Wade is a frequent speaker on cross-border M&A and private equity, has authored articles on private equity and M&A, among other topics, and has been a guest commentator on CNBC.
