Rosaria Arancio is an of counsel at Parola Angelini Studio Legale. She is admitted to plead cases before the Supreme Court. She has accrued extensive experience in the energy sector, where she has been assisting Italian and foreign clients in the energy sector for years. She provides clients with comprehensive advice in relation to regulatory, antitrust, and administrative law aspects. She supports operators throughout the entire supply chain in preparing and analysing contractual documentation for the industry (EFET, MNA, GOs, retail contracts, etc.). She has specific knowledge of Italian and European regulations on unbundling, Golden Powers, and REMIT. Rosaria regularly writes articles for industry magazines and participates as a speaker or teacher in seminars and training courses on energy-related topics. She obtained her Law Degree magna cum laude at the University of Rome “LUISS” in 2000. She followed an Advanced Course on the New Rules of the Italian Administrative Trial held by the Italian Society of Administrative Lawyers and a summer course on International and EU IP and Competition Law at the Centre for Intellectual Property of the University of Tulane (2002). She worked as trainee for the Italian Antitrust Authority, Investigative Directorate D (Banks, Financial, Postal, Insurance Services and Real Estate) in Rome.
