Rosa M. Morales is an associate in the New York office of Constantine Cannon LLP. She joined the firm in 2013 and concentrates her practice on antitrust litigation and counseling and complex commercial litigation. Ms. Morales began her career at Mayer Brown LLP in New York City, where she worked on complex commercial and securities litigation, intellectual property, and antitrust litigation matters, as well as on governmental investigations relating to violations of antitrust laws. After leaving Mayer Brown, Ms. Morales co-founded a general practice firm, where she handled various intellectual property and other transactional and litigation matters. She received her juris doctor, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a Stein Scholar for Public Interest Law and Ethics, in the Immigration Rights Law Clinic, and the Managing Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Women’s Studies at Barnard College, Columbia University. Ms. Morales is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the New York City Bar Association, and the Antitrust, Intellectual Property and International Law sections of the American Bar Association. She currently serves on the Associate Board of the New York Legal Assistance Group and the Board of Directors of the New York City Anti-Violence Project.
