Ronan is a senior associate at Pinsent Masons (London office), who specialises in projects in the energy sector and has considerable experience advising clients on renewable and alternative energy projects. He regularly acts for sponsors, developers, funders and other stakeholders on project development, acquisitions, disposals and project financings as well as providing advice on the impact of European and UK regulation on such transactions. Ronan also regularly advises clients on energy trading transactions. He holds an LL.B. from Trinity College and an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge.
