Rita Teles Branco is a legal advisor for the Portuguese National Entity for Fuel Market (Entidade Nacional para o Mercado dos Combustíveis, E.P.E.). This public entity was created to supervise the fuel market in all stages (http://www.enmc.pt/), ensuring more and better information to consumers and promoting competition. Prior to joining the ENMC, she worked as an advisor to the portuguese secretary of state for energy. Prior to this trainee lawyer at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, with experience in the field of EU and Competition Law. She graduated in law studies from the University of Lisbon, in 2006, and obtained an LL.M. in European and Comparative Law at Gent University, in 2007.
