He has extensive experience advising leading financial institutions, private equity houses and corporate clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, real estate investments, private equity investments, corporate restructurings, and equity and debt capital market transactions. Richard is qualified in New South Wales, Australia, and England and Wales.
